• Phone Service (SIP Trunk - Voice over IP - VoIP): A phone line over the Internet that can be used by a phone system, IP phone, or smartphone app. Besides the advantage of being able to move or be used by multiple devices, their local, long distance and international rates are up to half of the price from bigger phone providers. No physical installation needed since it goes through the Internet; perfect for new/expanding offices, remote locations, remote offices, temporary offices (political campaigns, fundraisers, etc.) and extra home-office line.
• VoIP Technical Setup/Maintenance: The installation and configuration of new IP phones and their maintenance if a problem arises later on due to changes on the network infrastructure, changes of venue, changes of Internet provider, or simply needs assistance with a new configuration in the system.
• IT Support: We help you with your computer problems. Computer cleanup, printer configuration, network configuration, antivirus, and virus removal, are some of the tasks that we take care for you.
• IT Consulting: And when you need new equipment or a new email provider, we can find it for you.
• Google Workspace by Google: Google Workspace is a cloud-based productivity suite that includes Gmail for professional email, Drive for online (cloud) storage, Hangouts for video meetings, Calendar for scheduling and Docs for editing files. This suite of tools allows you to get work done anywhere, using any smart device you choose. We have found that Google Workspace is highly cost-effective.
